The Bachman Company is committed to the success of our independent distributors and is proud to announce an educational opportunity through the University of Pretzelvania® ís College of Entrepreneurship. The College of Entrepreneurship provides an opportunity for our independent distributors to enhance their business knowledge and encourages personal development. Distributors enrolling in this college will enjoy the exciting, broad curriculum offering specially designed professional seminars, home study programs, and/or college enrollment. Areas of concentration focus on motivation seminars, selling skills, cash flow, applied technology, and approved college business courses.
COLLEGE OF BAKERY & PRODUCTION
The curriculum developed for the College of Bakery & Production is designed to provide education opportunities for the development of current Bachman Production Supervisors. Here you will find training programs tailored around Bachman History, Supervisory Management, Safety, Interpersonal Relations and Industrial Relations, held in-house as well as through local manufacturing associations.
COLLEGE OF BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT
The curriculum developed for the College of Business & Management is designed to provide educational opportunities and training for the development of all current Bachman employees who aspire to reach new levels within the Bachman organization as well as personal growth. Here you will find the same tailored training programs as mentioned above and in addition, seminars and extended programs through a variety of training sites, i.e. in-house, manufacturing associations, computer training centers and tuition programs through accredited facilities.
