identify internal production pertaining to the specific production run. |

| If I want
to purchase the ORIGINAL J.S. Bachman pretzel, which pretzel do I want? |
|
Bachman Twists ("Classic" Twists) are the same pretzels J.S.
Bachman created in 1884 in his pretzel bakery. |
| |
| Which JAX®
variety is the ORIGINAL style? |
|
Baked JAX® are the original style of this brand. "Crunchy"
JAX® are fried, not baked. |
| |
| Why is
there a "hump" in the middle of some of your pretzels? |
|
That's a Twisted pretzel! The "hump" is created when the two
strands of pretzel dough literally "twist" during the
manufacturing process. Every Bachman Twist and Butter Twist pretzel is
individually twisted, not extruded. This is very unusual in today's
pretzel world. |
