This candidate will be responsible for Process Improvement for Production Support – through technical solutions of operational issues, procure equipment, capital projects, design programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC’s, Electrical and Mechanical systems and packaging equipment. This candidate will be responsible for scheduling, staffing – union personnel, production and efficiencies. Computer skills are a must. The Bachman Company a producer of grain based snack products is looking for an individual who is highly motivated and a self- starter to join our Manufacturing Team at our Reading facility. This candidate will be responsible for scheduling, safety programs, sanitation, staffing – union personnel, production and efficiencies. Must have strong communication skills and strong PC skills. This is a “hands on” position – must be willing and able to work at any plant position. BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Business or Management is preferred Must have minimum of 7 years experience in food manufacturing, 5 years in Supervisory capacity.
