Production

The Bachman Company, mfr of quality snack foods, is accepting applications for “Casual” (Temporary) production workers at our Reading Plant. This is an “as needed” position (to a max of 96 hrs per month). Availability for all shifts is required. Casual workers are required to join the union, must be 18 years or older, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
